If you decide to make a return, please fill out the form below and make sure to submit it and send the returned products within 14 days from the date you received your Petidor products.

  2. Make sure the returned products are securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping. If possible, we recommend including the original Petidor packaging.

  3. Print the form and place it inside the return package.
