Our Petidor cradle system is suitable for newborns weighing around 3 kg and can be used until around 1–2 years of age. With a maximum load capacity of 17 kg, it offers a safe and comfortable space for your little one. The hammock supports the natural “rounded back” position, promoting healthy development in early stages. Please note that the Petidor cradle system complements but does not replace a baby bed.

• Is the oscillating cradle beneficial for my baby?

Your child's safety is our top priority. Our cradle uses a multi-spring system to increase safety and stability. If one spring fails, a backup spring takes over to ensure continuous comfort. The number of springs may need to be adjusted depending on your child’s weight.

• Is the Petidor cradle noisy during use?

Not at all. The motor and housing are specially designed for ultra-quiet operation. The Petidor cradle is likely the quietest option on the market, allowing peaceful sleep.

• Can I adjust the rocking speed?

Yes, the cradle features adjustable speed settings from level 1 to 10, letting you find the most soothing motion for your baby.

• Should I use the timer when rocking my baby?

The Cozy and Cozy+ hammocks are made from high-quality mesh designed for optimal comfort and safety. The semi-transparent fabric allows you to watch your baby while maintaining airflow. They're great for both summer and winter thanks to temperature-regulating properties. Cozy+ includes a mattress, and both have safety belts.

• Why choose the Cozy Pro Hammock?

Cozy Pro is crafted from premium GOTS-certified organic cotton, gentle on baby skin. It has a built-in breathable mattress and includes a safety strap for active babies.

• What is the difference between Cozy, Cozy+, and Cozy Pro?

Cozy is made entirely of breathable mesh. Cozy+ includes an extra mattress. Cozy Pro features soft organic cotton and an integrated mattress. All models come with safety straps to secure more active babies.

• What is the lying surface size?

Cozy and Cozy+ provide a lying surface of approximately 85 cm; Cozy Pro about 80 cm. Babies lie in a curled position, needing less space than a traditional bed. Suitable from birth to 1–2 years.

• Is the hammock fabric eco-friendly?

Cozy Pro uses GOTS-certified organic cotton and other safe, sustainable materials. We ensure our textiles meet strict safety standards while supporting environmental responsibility.

• Can I wash the hammock?

Yes, the hammocks are machine washable at 40°C. Do not wash the wooden or metal parts. Air dry only. The Cozy Pro mattress is also washable but should not be tumble-dried or ironed.

• Do I need tools to assemble the Trippo stand?

No tools are needed. The assembly and disassembly are intuitive and fast using a snap system.

• How much space does the Trippo stand occupy?

Trippo is approximately 194 cm tall and takes up about 120 x 105 cm of space.

• What is the maximum load for Trippo?

Trippo supports up to 20 kg. Please subtract the combined weight of the motor and hammock (~3 kg) from this maximum.

No tools are needed. Bracky installs and uninstalls quickly with just a few steps.

• What door frames are compatible with Bracky?

Bracky fits sturdy door frames with a max thickness of 28 cm and a flat edge of at least 1.5 cm. Rounded or angled edges are not recommended. The hammock should not touch the ground—ensure 50 cm clearance from the lowest point.

• What is the maximum load for Bracky?

Bracky supports up to 15 kg. Please subtract ~3 kg for the motor and hammock from this total.

Yes. The package includes necessary components, but you’ll need a drill and wrench to secure it properly.

• What kind of ceiling is suitable for Hooky?

Hooky must be anchored into solid concrete ceilings. For other ceiling types, consult a professional.*
